All dental appointments must be arranged in advance by phone, email, or in person at the clinic. In case of inability to attend a scheduled appointment, the patient is obliged to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment for dental services

Payment for dental services can be made in cash, by card, or by bank transfer. The clinic’s price list is available on-site. A precise cost estimate can be determined only after examination and diagnostic procedures. Studio Komadina reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Liability and warranty

Studio Komadina provides dental services in accordance with the highest standards of the profession. For certain procedures, warranties may be issued, depending on the type of treatment and the dentist’s recommendations. The warranty is void if the patient fails to follow the dentist’s instructions on oral hygiene or misses regular check-ups.

5. Personal data protection

Studio Komadina collects and processes patients’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. 6. Complaints and claims

Patients have the right to submit a written complaint regarding the services provided, exclusively by email to: dpo@studiokomadina.com.

All complaints will be addressed as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable regulations and internal business rules.
